About Yelda Legal and Immigration

Yelda Legal and Immigration is an Australian solicitor with over 15 years of experience in legal research and work related to human rights, refugee protection, and international legal matters.

She holds a Master’s degree in International and European Law from Paris University (2015). Yelda Legal and Immigration later completed her Juris Doctor at the University of Canberra, followed by the Postgraduate Diploma of Practical Legal Training in Australia before being admitted to legal practice by the Supreme Court.

Yelda Legal and Immigration works in professional collaboration with Stephen Johns Lawyers, a firm with more than 20 years of legal experience. Her practice is guided by a strong commitment to justice, dignity, and providing thoughtful, client-focused legal services.
